1.IS ACCOUNT CREATION MANDATORY?
Account creation is not mandatory. You can shop anytime with us as guest login. However, we suggest you to create an account with us so that you don’t have to enter your details each time you shop with us. Also,it allows you to view and update your account and orders any time through “My Account” after you sign in to your account.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
1. HOW TO KNOW WHETHER MY ORDER IS PLACED OR NOT?
Once the payment has been made successfully, we will process your order and send a confirmation mail to the email address provided to us with a unique Order ID. Kindly use this ID for any further communication / reference with us related to that particular order.
Once the payment is successfully made, if you have not received any emails, get in touch with us immediately after checking your spam folder as sometimes the mails may land in spam folder as well. We request you to provide us correct and working email id for the same.
2.WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL AFTER ORDERING?
orders will be dispatched within 48 hrs from the time the customer receives the confirmation mail.delivery time is 2 – 10 working days (within india) . If the concerned person has not received within the mentioned number of days, she/he is expected to let us know (by mentioning the order number # )immediately so that we can take further actions.
3.HOW WILL YOU SEND THE PARCEL?
We have collaboration with 9 logistics partners like dtdc, fedex, india post
logistics company will be chose by us based on the wt & destination.

4. CAN YOU POSTPONED THE DISPATCHMENT?
Yes, we can. If the concerned person wants us to postponed the dispatchment after payment, he/she is expected to let us know immediately after payment by mentioning the order number.
5. WHERE WILL MY PARCEL GO IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AT HOME TO RECEIVE?
our courier guys will re attempt to deliver twice. If no one is available to receive the parcel even after two days, the parcel will return back to us. The concerned person is expected to pay the delivery charge again in that case. So it’s better to let us know beforehand if no one is available to collect.
6. CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
No. we don’t have cancellations. So once ordered, nothing can be done. If the person has any doubt regarding the weight/length, they are expected to clarify it beforehand. So take your time before you proceed with the payment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
1. IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?
No. we do not accept returns because Each and every item is checked with atmost care twice or thrice. We accept returns only if there’s some damage to the items during transit. The concerned Person is expected to let us know within 24hours after receiving the product and return back the damaged item.
